1.实验环境
[oracle@db01 ~]$ cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.9 (Maipo)
[oracle@db01 ~]$ sqlplus -V

2.停止数据库以及监听
[oracle@db01 ~]$ lsnrctl stop

3.修改网卡IP从192.168.56.100修改为192.168.56.88
[root@db01 ~]# cd /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/
[root@db01 network-scripts]# cat ifcfg-enp0s3

4.重启网卡

5.查看是否修改成功

6.修改/etc/hosts
[root@db01 ~]# cat /etc/hosts

7.修改tnsnames.ora,查看是否用了IP地址，如果使用到IP，则修改修改为新的IP地址。
[oracle@db01 ~]$ cd $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin
[oracle@db01 admin]$ cat tnsnames.ora

8.启动监听
[oracle@db01 admin]$ lsnrctl start
