1 问题现象
在linux 上执行sqlplus 和 lsnrctl 命令，连接的时候不报错，但是特别缓慢：
[oracle@cndba.cn ~]$ sqlplus / as sysdba

2 解决方法
/etc/hosts 文件没有正确设置，异常时采用的是默认值：
[oracle@cndba.cn trace]$ cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4
::1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6
[oracle@cndba.cn trace]$
添加IP 信息后：
[root@cndba.cn ~]# cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost
192.168.1.150 ora11g
[root@cndba.cn ~]#
在连接，秒级响应：
[oracle@cndba.cn ~]$ sqlplus / as sysdba
SQL*Plus: Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production on Fri Jun 27 16:19:30 2025
Version 19.27.0.0.0
Copyright (c) 1982, 2024, Oracle. All rights reserved.
Connected to:
