1.登录Mysql

2.创建用户
mysql> create user 'hbhe'@'%' identified by 'wwwwww';
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)
‘%’ - 所有情况都能访问
‘localhost’ - 本机才能访问
192.168.56.100 - 指定 ip 才能访问
3.如果需要修改密码
mysql> alter user 'hbhe'@'%' identified by 'wwwwww';
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)
mysql> flush privileges;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)
4.给该用户添加权限，testdb.为testdb数据库下的授权给hbhe,.*为所有库都授权给hbhe用户。
mysql> grant all privileges on testdb.* to 'hbhe';
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)
mysql> grant all privileges on *.* to 'hbhe';
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)
mysql> flush privileges;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)
5.删除用户
mysql> delete from mysql.user where user='hbhe';
Query OK, 1 row affected (0.00 sec)
mysql> flush privileges;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)
