Database "Startup nomount" hangs because crsd on the local node was not responding (Doc ID 2253501.1)

Shutdown immediate hung and then shut abort was issues to kill the instance.Later, database “startup nomount” statement got hung.
strace -aeftT -o /tmp/strace_startup.txt sqlplus /nolog
SQL> conn / as sysdba
SQL> startup nomount
Kill crsd.bin on the problematic node and this will respawn the crsd daemon. Later startup database was working.
