1.错误原因http://www.cndba.cn/Expect-le/article/108

关闭DRM的时候，忘记加sid='*'。所以只在其中一个节点修改了，导致两个节点的配置不同。

正确修改：http://www.cndba.cn/Expect-le/article/108

 alter system set "_gc_read_mostly_locking"=false scope=spfile sid='*';
 alter system set "_gc_bypass_readers"=false scope=spfile sid='*';

重启了该节点，报错

3.解决方法：

在正常节点执行

 alter system set "_gc_read_mostly_locking"=false scope=spfile sid='*';
 alter system set "_gc_bypass_readers"=false scope=spfile sid='*';

然后重新启动问题节点。
